--------------------Brief Introduction of Complete Dissolved Acetylene Plant--------------------

Acetylene is one of the most simple and important chemical compound in acetylene series. It has an active chemical property, easy to synthisize, polymerize and cause other chemical reactions. When acetylene burns with oxygen or air, it gives out bright light and intense heat. This special property has made it widely applicable in various kinds of industry, especially in metal welding and cutting, analysis in medical industry and instrument industry or as raw material for organic polymerization and for light house in marine navigation.

Process for obtaining dissolved acetylene is as follows: using compressor to charge the acetylene in gas state into steel cylinder filled with porous material and solvent (acetone), to make acetylene gas dissolved in acetone solvent. When used in actual application, acetylene gas is released from acetone solvent, producing the dissolved acetylene. Equipments needed in generating acetylene gas, purification, compression, drying and charging are called Dissolved Acetylene Equipments.

Compared with currently used movable floating tube acetylene generator, the dissolved acetylene plant has the following advantages: besides saving energy, more safe and reliable, causing less pollution, easy to operate and ensuring high gas quality, it also shows a very godd economic result to the investor. According to technical and economic analysis, one can expect to recover investment in 1-2 years after the plant going into full operation.

• Suitable for applications in small or medium cities and counties.
• Acetylene generator adopts low pressure water submerged calcium carbide process and is equipped with automatic slagging off and water replenishing device which ensures high reliability and safety standard.
• The acetylene compressor uses B4d explosion-proof motor which has a very good explosion prevension performance.
• Slag is discharged from acetylene generator into calcium carbide pit for sedimentation. Clear water is pumped into high position water tank for recycling. Calcium carbide can be extracted for comprehensive utilization.
• It has a completed centralized automatic control system. Feeding of the generator and start/stop of acetylene compressor are locaked to acetylene gas storage tank. The inlet/outlet of acetylene compressor is equipped with an qutomatic stop device to prevent negative or over pressure. If water temperature of compressor exceeds the set value, fresh water is qutomatically added through a regulating valve,ensuring equipment safety while in operation.
